The Refuge

The Refuge

Introducing our newest treatment program, The Refuge, a long-term, integrated sober-living facility located in Bear, Delaware.

The Refuge Front Door

The Refuge provides separate housing units for men and women as well as women with children. These housing environments are supervised around the clock and provide residents support, to achieve their sobriety and develop necessary skills to live safely and independently in the community.

Our structured clinical programs provide varying intensities of treatment to meet each resident’s individual needs. Our clinical staff includes licensed master’s level therapists, certified addiction counselors and peer support specialists.  All of these fall under the clinical supervision of our Chief Clinical Officer, a licensed practicing psychologist.

While living at The Refuge, residents are afforded comprehensive medical and nursing care as well as psychiatric and medication-assisted treatment. As residents progress thru the treatment continuum and their needs evolve, they are afforded opportunities for job placement, job skills training and ultimately, transition to sober-living homes, if needed.
